29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about September 15, 2021, on building 1, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than ten feet when working on the second platform level of a scaffold without guardrails on the ends of the scaffold. Algar Masonry LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1504832, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6816 Boyce Lane Austin, TX 78754.
