29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) Aspen Group LTD at 4189 S Fraser Ct. Aurora, CO 80014: On or before 9/23/21 the Aspen Group LTD as the controlling employer did not ensure that a competent person conducted effective, frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment in that roofing subcontractor employees were not wearing fall protection as required by the standard. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of 8 feet and 10 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
