Aurora, CO 80014: On or before 9/23/21 the Aspen Group LTD as the controlling employer did not ensure that a competent person conducted effective, frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment in that roofing subcontractor employees were not wearing fall protection as required by the standard. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of 8 feet and 10 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
