29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Jobsite, 7157 Noblestown Road, Oakdale, PA 15071: On or about September 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in tree trimming activities were wearing a hard hats to protect themselves from overhead hazards such as falling branches.
