Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At 7133 Douglas Palmer Rd, Hazelwood, MO., 63042, On or about September 23, 2021, Employees of Marco Xol Choc were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while working on a 9:12 pitch roof of a  commercial structure and were not protected by a guardrail system with toeboards, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
