Wash Room: Workers perform cleaning tasks in the wash room using FlexoWash 40 Anilox Cleaner. The corrosive cleaner was placed in several spray bottle secondary containers which the employer did not ensure was labeled, tagged, or marked with general information regarding the hazards of the chemical.
