29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  (a) On or about September 9, 2021, in the vicinity of 3990 South 15th Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota. For the employees removing roofing material off the 3:12 pitch roof of the entry vestibule without protection from fall hazards greater than 11 feet above the next lower level.  Note: The Capital Exteriors, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1395172, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on November 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1121 South 11th Street Bismarck, North Dakota 58504.   Note: The Capital City Exterior, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1231323, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on June 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1218 North 35th Street in Bismarck, North Dakota 58501
