The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated (a) On or about September 9, 2021, in the vicinity of 4 Eighth Street in New Rockford, North Dakota. For the employees exposed to fall hazards of greater than 27 feet with the store front roof line being remodeled without fall protection.
