29 CFR  1910.23(c)(8): The employer did not ensure that the cap (if equipped) and top step of a stepladder that are not used as steps:  a)  2850 Milford Square Pike, Quakertown - On or about September 28, 2021, an employee performing tree/shrubbery grooming was exposed to fall hazards from 10 feet above grade, while standing on the top step (cap) of a 10 foot folding stepladder.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
