29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: On or about 09/28/2021 - Main Plant, Furnace Production Area, pedestrian employees cleaning the floors in the vicinity of operating wheeled vehicles, such as a John Deere 524K Center-Pivot Front End Loader, were exposed to struck-by hazards.
