29 CFR  1926.95(a): Personal protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition it was necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact:   (a) On or about 09/29/2021 - 550 Promenade Point Parkway, Madison, AL,  employees operating pneumatic nail guns to conduct framing activities were not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) On or about 09/29/2021 - 550 Promenade Point Parkway, Madison, AL, employees conducting framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet.
