29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  On the jobsite 6015 White Mangrove Lane, Bradenton, FL, employees were using a pneumatic nail gun to frame the roofing area without using eye protection, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard on or about 29 September 2021.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the jobsite 6015 White Mangrove Lane, Bradenton, FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9'4" above ground. while conducting framing work for the part of the first story roofing and second story floor without fall protection, on or about 29 September 2021.

29 CFR  1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  At the jobsite 6015 White Mangrove Lane, Bradenton, FL, employees were exposed to a impalement hazard while working at approximately 9'4" above ground over a area with unprotected approximately 50 inch tall,  reinforcing steel protruded from the ground, on or about 29 September 2021

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On the jobsite 6015 White Mangrove Lane, Bradenton, FL. In the South East area of the building, a portable extension ladder was being utilized in which did not extend 3 feet above the roof's edge, exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 29 September 2021.

At the jobsite 6015 White Mangrove Lane, Bradenton, FL, employees were framing a sloped roof approximately 9'4" above ground. The employer did not certify that fall protection training was provided to the employees, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about 29 September 2021.
