29 CFR 1926.304(d):Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe (a) New residential construction; Front Side; Lot 9: On or about 9/30/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employee to amputation hazards in that, employees were cutting Hardie Board with a Dewalt 7 1/4-inch circular saw while the guard was propped open using a wooden pencil shim.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) New residential construction; Lot 9; Ladder jack scaffold: On or about 9/30/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees who were installing siding to fall hazards, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to them when working at heights measured at 12 feet 8 inches to the lower level.
