29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  On or about 09/28/2021, at 6224 Megans Bay Drive, Lot #990, Isles of Collier Reserve, Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately a 20-feet while working on the roof of a home under construction without using a conventional means of fall protection was not installed or used.  b) On or about 09/28/2021, at 6236  Megans Bay Drive, Lot #993, Isles of Collier Reserve, Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately a 16--feet while working on the roof of a home under construction without using a conventional means of fall protection was not installed or used.
