29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On October 1, 2021 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted and readily accessible for employees in fire and smoke emergencies exposing employees to fire hazards: a) In the framing area, north side of the building, a fire extinguisher was not mounted, and b) At bay door 06, a fire extinguisher was not mounted.
