29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Advanced Contractor Corp. does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 10/4/21, at 45 Wellesley Way, Evesham NJ: a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 15 feet 7 inches from the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched porch without the use of fall protection. b) Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 24 feet 6 inches from the ground surface, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched main roofs without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Advanced Contractor Corp. does not ensure that ladders are extended at least 3 feet (.9 m) above upper landing surfaces being accessed. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 10/4/2021 at 45 Wellesly Way, Evesham NJ, instance (a): Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 15 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when accessing a residential structure's pitched roof using a portable aluminum extension ladder whose side rails did not extend at least three feet above the surface being accessed.
