29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  EI Martinez Construction, LLC located at 2800 Arapahoe Rd, Erie, CO 80516; on 9/8/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees setting roof trusses were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems at all times when they were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.  Two employees were exposed to falls exceeding 8 feet when working on the top plate of Building 2 installing trusses without using any form of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.    (b) EI Martinez Construction, LLC located at 2800 Arapahoe Rd, Erie, CO 80516; on 9/8/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees setting roof trusses were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems at all times when they were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.  Two employees were exposed to falls exceeding 24 feet when working on the top plate of Building 3 installing trusses without using any form of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
