29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about October 5, 2021, for the employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet while preparing to shingle a residential building in the vicinity of 26th Street South & 66th Avenue South, in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1360280, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 54th Avenue & 38th Street in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1330316, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7380 17th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.
