29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Rable Machine, Inc. located at 30 Paragon Parkway in Mansfield, Ohio 44905: On or about September 27, 2021 the employer did not ensure that employees loading components into the horizontal holding fixture of Venture CNC #102 were protected from amputation hazards. Employees were exposed to a pinch point created between the pneumatic clamp of the horizontal holding device and the component.
