29 CFR  1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:  a) First Floor - A hood guard was not provided on a Bosch 4000 10" table saw that was being used by employees to rip 1x6" stock, on or about 10/05/2021.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
