29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)Alejandro Aguilar at 5107 South Marion Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to October 5, 2021, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while working on the roof of a multi-family apartment complex being re-shingled. Employees were removing and installing asphalt shingles without a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
