Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On 10/5/2021, employees of Noe Trejo were working on a residential building located at 460 East Highway N, Wentzville, Missouri. Employees were removing and installing shingles on a roof with a slope of 6:12, approximately 20 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
