29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a. In the main production area, located at 48 Too Long Keen Road, Monticello, Florida 32344: On or about October 6, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that the Machine Heat 3-hole punch did not have guarding around the point of operation danger zone.
