29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  a) Production floor; On or about October 5, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by and caught in hazards in that employees were permitted to operate a Black & Decker 6 inch bench grinder Serial 0070049 with a  work rest adjusted to approximately 0.25 inch from the wheel, increasing the potential for a part to become lodged against the wheel during grinding.  b) Production floor; On or about October 5, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by and caught in hazards in that employees were permitted to operate a Black & Decker 6 inch bench grinder Model 9020 with a  work rest adjusted to approximately 1 inch from the wheel, increasing the potential for a part to become lodged against the wheel during grinding.
