On or about October 04, 2021, on a residential construction site located on 7319 Buckthorn Hollow Trl. in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protective equipment. GABINO LAIS, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1495234, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 30, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 21422 HENRYS BLUSH DR. On or about October 04, 2021, on a residential construction site located on 7319 Buckthorn Hollow Trl. in Cypress, TX, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on the roof of a one-story house without the use a fall protection system.
