On or about October 06, 2021 at the 100 Franklin Street Construction Project, two employees were using step ladders installing Zip board to the exterior wall and the step ladders were not used in the open position as required by manufacturer.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii):The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: On or about October 06, 2021 at the 100 Franklin Street Construction Project, two employees were using step ladders installing Zip board to the exterior wall and the employer had not trained the employees on the proper use and placement of the step ladders. The step ladders were in use in the closed position.
