29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about October 6, 2021, for the employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet while doing roofing activities on a residential building in the vicinity of 73rd Avenue South and 27th Street South, in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1341127, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2018.
