29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 1633 Broken Spur Drive, Bozeman MT 59715: On or about October 6, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while performing siding operations from a platform of a Genie GTH-842 extendable boom forklift without fall protection.
