OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrocution hazards from lightning strikes while working in the farm trimming/pruning trees.   On or about 10/07/2021 and at times prior to, at Marian Farms, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards from lightning strikes in that they were required to keep working through lightning storms and did not have a means for shelter when inclement weather appeared.
