29 CFR 1926.100(a): Workers working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about October 7, 2021, three workers were framing a home under new construction while working under each other in order to hand materials and tools upward, exposing workers to the hazard of being struck by a falling object.
