The ladder was observed in use at an angle nearly 3 times the working lenght.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not  protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 14 Tea Party Dr., Uxbridge, MA: On or about October 8, 2021, an employee observed  framing  the 2nd story walls was working more than 10 feet  above lower levels was not  protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).  SFC Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (B) 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500136, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Greenville Ave., Johnston, RI
