29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, nor did the employer assess and limit the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section:  (a)	On or about 7 October, 2021, and at times prior, for employees exposed to respiratory hazards where an employee cut concrete with a handheld power saw for approximately two hours in absence of an integrated water delivery system at or near the Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center on Nellis AFB, Nevada.  (b)	On or about 7 October, 2021, and at times prior, for employees exposed to respiratory hazards where an employee broke concrete with a jackhammer for approximately two hours in absence of a water delivery system or a dust collection system at or near the Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center on Nellis AFB, Nevada.  (c)	On or about 7 October, 2021, and at times prior, for employees exposed to respiratory hazards where an employee broke concrete with a skid steer mounted jackhammer for approximately two hours in absence of an enclosed cab or the application of water and/or dust suppressant at or near the Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center on Nellis AFB, Nevada.
