29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a-177 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah NJ 07430: (6 on 12 pitched roof) Employees engaged in solar panel activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the asphalt below in which personal fall arrest harnesses which were donned were not secured via an anchor point so as to prevent falls. (Photo #7069). Condition observed on or about 10/01/2021
