Billings, MT: On or about October 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards where the exit path from the Century and Mezzanine Snow Tire Areas were blocked by tires leaving an access pathway of 17 inches. b) Discount Tire of Montana Inc. Billings, MT: On or about October 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards where the exit path from the Century and Mezzanine Snow Tire Areas were blocked by tires leaving an access pathway of 20 inches. c) Discount Tire of Montana Inc. Billings, MT: On or about October 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards where the exit path from the Century and Mezzanine Snow Tire Areas were blocked by tires leaving an access pathway of 12 inches. d) Discount Tire of Montana Inc.
