29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) On or about October 7, 2021, and at times prior, for an employee who was issued and allowed to wear a 3m series half face respirator where the respirator was stored in a ripped bag adjacent to a gas can and other contaminants at or near the Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center on Nellis AFB, Nevada.
