OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards: a) Median, Airport Blvd between Mayflower St. and Jackson Blvd, Mobile AL; On October 13, 2021, while conducting concrete form work, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work near a lane of moving traffic.
