Workers were installing framing pieces using pneumatic nail guns powered at 90-120 psi and cutting plywood with an electric circular saw without the use of eye protection. The following condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes.

Two 8 foot A-Frame ladders were used to gain access to an upper landing that was approximately 11 feet. The following condition exposed employees to falls up to 11 feet.

Leonardo Torres Cordero, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521244, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3 September 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11173 Plum Ridge Place, lot 558, Plain City, OH 43064.
