29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Trusses, Inc. (dba: E.B.C Truss, Inc.) Gantry Press Room: On or about October 13, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in between hazards while holding trusses in place on a table during the operation of the unguarded Alpine Easy Rider Gantry Press.
