29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1):Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. (a) MWI Veterinary Supply Warehouse - The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from caught between hazards of a powered industrial truck and a conveyor belt, on or about October 13, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. -
