OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards in that an employee was exposed to pinch points on the Hoegger machine during cleaning operations: On or about October 9, 2021, the employer?s employee was exposed to a pinch point hazard on the Hoegger machine because the employee bypassed the hinged guard.
