Flywheels located so that any part is seven (7) feet or less above floor or platform shall be guarded in accordance with the requirements of this subparagraph: Loading Dock: On or about 10/13/2021, the employer did not ensure that was wall mounted lift master motor flywheels were either guarded or located at least 7 feet above the floor level to prevent exposure to the ingoing nip points. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations: Loading Dock: On or about 10/13/2021, the employer did not ensure electrical dock lighting fixtures were protected from damage where both of the existing lights were either detached and lying on the floor or the switch was inoperative. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
