29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) Storage Room; On or about October 13, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to trip hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the store room was kept clean and orderly from broken down cardboard and cardboard boxes.  b) Sales Floor; On or about October 13, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to trip hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the walking-working surfaces were kept orderly from raised and uncovered extension cords.
