29 CFR 1910.502(c)(1):The employer did not develop and implement a COVID-19 plan for each workplace. If the employer has multiple workplaces that are substantially similar, its COVID-19 plan may be developed by workplace type rather than by individual workplace so long as all required site-specific information is included in the plan. On or about October 11, 2021, the employer failed to develop and implement a COVID-19 plan to mitigate the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Employees installing and maintaining imaging equipment in hospitals and clinics in the Houston area were not provided with the required site-specific information, such as adequate workplace-specific policies and procedures.
