29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(1):The employer did not provide change rooms, in conformance with the Sanitation standard, 29 CFR 1910.141, for employees who were required to change their clothes to use protective clothing and equipment for chromium (VI) exposures. Employees are exposed to respiratory health hazards. Employees engaged in painting aircraft parts at paint booth 1, 2 and 3 were exposed to hexavalent chromium of 124, 14 and 23 �g/m� in a 8-hour TWA. Employees change at locker area were contaminated and non-contaminated demarcation has not been established nor separate storage facilities for protective clothing and street clothes has been implemented.

Employees are exposed to respiratory health hazards. Employees engaged in painting aircraft parts at paint booth 1, 2 and 3 were exposed to hexavalent chromium of 124, 14 and 23 �g/m� in a 8-hour TWA. Employees utilized locker area to change street clothes to PPE and was not equipment for decontamination and washing station. Locker area did not have a clear demarcation to avoid cross-contamination.

29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i):Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that the eating and drinking areas were maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI). Employees exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in food and beverage consumption at lunch room are exposed to hexavalent chromium levels of 0.193 and 0.183 mg/m3.
