The patio area was not protected by fall protection systems and was wide open with unprotected sides and edges. Employees were exposed to fall of 12 feet working in the patio area. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The west stairway, consisted of lower 10-step stairway, middle landing, and upper 10-step stairway, lacked at least one handrail. The upper stairway was enclosed on one side and partially open on the other side. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
