29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 405 Main Street, Billings MT 59105: On or about October 8, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the ground below while performing painting operations from a SkyJack SJ 40 T aerial lift without fall protection.
