The fall hazard was up to approximately 30 feet.

29 CFR 1926.502(i)(3):All covers were not secured when installed so as to prevent accidental displacement by the wind, equipment, or employees: (a) Jobsite: On or about September 24, 2021, plywood was placed over the front porch area and the stairs area on the first floor and none of these pieces of plywood were secured in place. The fall hazard to employees was about 10 feet 6 inches to the concrete basement floor.
