29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: On or about October 15, 2021at the 83 Greenhurst Drive job site: The employer did not ensure that each effected employee, present and actively working on the job site, was wearing a protective helmet. Employees were exposed to the possibility of head injuries by a fallen tree branch, cut from tree, at a height of approximately 30 feet.
