The employer fails to ensure roofers laying shingles exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below are protected as demonstrated on or about 10/16/2021, at Lot #4 James Taylor Road, Moody, Alabama where employees were not protected from fall hazards.  To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure employees are protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
