29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about October 18, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing exterior framing operations from a JLG 400S aerial lift, fifteen (15) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, was not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
