29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Job Site: 1801 Murray Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, on or about October 18, 2021, employees were not protected from falling while working in an aerial lift to apply stucco to the exterior fa�ade of the building. Employees were approximately 25 feet above ground level while working in the lift.
